You were back on track feeling great, so you were able to return to school today. Before school, we completed your homework. We walked around the house together to count how many smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are in our house. You were excited to run and count them all. You insisted on bringing your Spanish book to school. Ms. Ida was at the gate and you were so excited to show the book to her. You were allowed to read it on your mat before your nap.
I picked you up from school and brought you to my office. When we were walking up to the front door, I told you “Bianca is here and so is Romo.” You said, “I know. I saw who’s car is here.” lol. I had to sign a quick seller closing, so you had snacks and chatted with Bianca. We were done in just few minutes. We were a little too late to make it to gymnastics. Then we went to Whole Foods & home. You wanted to play in your room. We read Eek! Halloween then I had to go unload the groceries and cook. Chrissy & Olivia came over to play and have dinner. You danced with your new skeleton headband on your head and then on your belly. We danced and sang to Basho & Friends.
When they left, we walked them out to the car. You were standing in the yard naked in your Dalmatians robe. All the sudden you just peed in the grass and said “now the grass has water!”
We went inside to read your Spanish Book in your bed. When we finished, you asked me to rock you in your chair. You were out in 3 rocks. It was so sweet. I don’t think we have rocked in that chair in several months. I kissed your face a thousand times then laid you in your bed.
Daddy got home shortly after. He was sad to have missed you & you were trying to stay up to see him, but you needed the rest.
