I had to wake you up at 8a because you went to bed late last night. You wanted to snuggle before you could get up and going. You wanted to send Daddy your thumbs up picture. Somehow you got up and moving quickly & we still got to school a little early, singing the whole way there! You walked in with Micha with your arms around each other.
You wanted me to pick you up at walk up (now that is an option again) but my dentist appointment ran super late. I had to take you back to the dentist with me to finish getting my temporary crown. You chatted them up about school, the tooth fairy and Halloween. You sat patiently and were so good.
We went to Brio for dinner then home to shower and play Sorry and Sequence. We talked to Daddy, had a snack and watched a a short before heading to bed. You asked me to sing songs to you like Lava and Somewhere Over The Rainbow. You drifted off to sleep in my arms and I couldn’t stop watching you sleep.
