I woke up before you and Daddy. I was sitting on the couch working on your journal. When you woke up around 8a you saw me on the couch and whispered “hey Mama!” from my bed. I came to see what you wanted and you said “I love you Mama!” and wanted me to snuggle with you. You made my day! I climbed in bed and you snuggled with Daddy until you finally woke him up. Carlos was coming so we had to get up and out of the house.
We went to breakfast then to get our Christmas tree. We dropped Daddy & the tree off at home then headed to Paint Nail Bar for your manicure. You asked me the other day after your pedicure to get your nails done so we made an appointment. You’ve asked me if today was your nail appointment every day since your pedicure lol. We were a few minutes early so we stopped at Starbucks so you could get a cake pop and a hot chocolate. You had fun and enjoyed choosing your color.
We headed home and you wanted to change your clothes and play for a little bit before we had to go pick up Grandma Weezie to go to Home Goods and to see the lot. You walked her around and showed her the floor plan. Today was the first time we had been inside since they framed in the laundry room, powder bath and pantry. It’s so exciting and I can’t wait to get in there with you! We dropped Grandma Weezie off, picked Daddy up and went to Mi Pueblo for dinner. On the way home we drove through UTC to see the Christmas lights. The movie outside there was Elf, but they were already about 20 minutes into it, it was chilly and we didn’t have chairs, so we went home and watched Elf on the couch. When the movie was over, we went to your room to read. We read several books then you wanted to get up and snack and get a drink. I let you and when we climbed back in bed you were asleep in 5 minutes.
