This morning, you insisted on wearing your entire illegal leopard outfit. You came into my room all dressed and ready to go, including wearing your coat! You wanted to start writing out your Valentine’s cards during breakfast. Ms. Wolleon texted me within a few minutes and said she loved your outfit. You were so excited to get to wear your new cheetah socks!
I picked you up and you couldn’t wait for Daddy to get home because he took Hank to work. You missed him so much! When Daddy got home, you couldn’t wait to give your presentation of your timeline project to him. You snuggled with Hank and you wanted Daddy to take you to bed. You told me “Mom, you go relax and I will read with Daddy!” I smiled and was a little sad because I will be at our firm planning conference this week so this was my last chance to take you to bed. But, in fairness, Daddy was gone the last two weeks and you missed him so much!
