This morning we woke up and snuggled on my bed for a little while before getting up. I told you we had family pajama photos so we all got dressed in our matching jammies. Aunt Deb and Grandma Weezie came over also. Billy Elkins came to take our photos
You Facetimed me at 8:30am. I couldn’t believe you were up already after staying up so late! You wanted me to meet you guys for fancy breakfast, but I hadn’t been to Deb’s yet to drop off Hank, so I couldn’t. I picked you up at 11a and took you and Olivia to Benderson Park to play with Kingston & Jackson. Olivia started to get tired around 1p so we left and went home so she could nap. I thought you might nap, but you didn’t! We made crafts and a handprint ornament. You also wrote out your Christmas card for Ms. Wolleon. You did performances of Christmas songs for me and ran a restaurant and “served” me whatever I ordered! Olivia slept so late (til 7p)that you ended up not even really getting to play with her. You guys ate and then you HAD to go to bed. You were still tired from being up so late last night. Tomorrow is a huge day….You have NO idea…. I am SOOOOOOO excited!!!!

This morning, I got up around 5a to move your Elf (I went to bed with you last night so I needed to get up before you), make a charcuterie board for Daddy’s work Christmas party tonight, pack your bag for a sleepover at Olivia’s and some housework. However, around 6:15 you came running out of my room looking for me, so we went back to my bed and snuggled. You were trying to be up for the day, but you were up too late last night for that!!! It took about 20 minutes, but you finally went back to sleep. I got back up, showered, finished my tasks and snuck out the door before you and Daddy woke up.
I headed to Orlando to meet Rosa Salazar from Cozy Cabin Bassets to pick up Hank. I didn’t want to be late or upset you that I was leaving and you weren’t coming, so I wanted to be sure I was gone before you woke up. Daddy texted me around 9a that you were finally awake. You needed the sleep!!!! Jackie meet me there and as soon as Rosa brought Hank out I immediately burst into tears!!! He was sooooo tiny and sooooo cute. I cannot wait to see the look on your face when you see him. You are going to love him so much!!! I brought him to Grandma Weezie’s so she could meet him and she fell in love too. We sat down the street waiting for Chrissy to come pick you up for your sleepover with Olivia you have been looking so forward to. As soon as you guys left, I brought Hank in to meet Daddy and Harry. Both were so excited. Daddy’s work people were here so everyone was doting on Hank. Grandma Weezie kept him while we went to the party.
Throughout the evening, Chrissy sent me updates and photos of what you guys were doing. You played, ate dinner, took a bath, snacked and watched a movie. When we got home you FaceTimed me and you and O were giggling and being silly. After we hung up Chrissy took you girls to the bathroom. You came out, looked at the clock and said “wow! It’s after 10:00. That’s my mom’s bedtime, I’m up past mom’s bedtime this is the coolest sleepover ever!” Hank slept with us and was so good through the night. I can’t wait for you to meet him soon!
We picked him up and headed home after the party and took him home to snuggle and play. He was a little sleepy because he had such a long drive from Ohio, but he played with Daddy for a bit before falling asleep on me watching TV. I let him sleep with me and he was so good and slept all night. I got him up at 3:30a and took him out to pee. He wanted to play after that, but I got him back to sleep pretty quickly.

When we got to school you were telling Ms. Wood at the gate all about the mean horsey that bit you last night. You were trying to take off your band aid to show her the boo-boo. You were happy to go in and waved at me as you disappeared.
Today was your class Christmas party. I provided the photo backdrop, photo props and silly glasses for the party. It was a gingerbread themed party and I got to help you decorate. Yours was HUGE and you did a wonderful job! You had hot cocoa with about 10% – 90% ratio of hot cocoa to marshmallows!! We left after the party (although you wanted to stay and play with the kids who’s parents hadn’t come).
We relaxed at home for a little while until it was time to pack up and head to UTC for the movie night. Daddy, Chrissy & Olivia joined us to watch the Santa Claus. You had so much fun having a picnic for dinner, popcorn and candy that Chrissy brought. You met a girl named Ellie and played with her long after the movie was over. We headed home and jumped in bed. You slept in my room since it was late and I have to be up early tomorrow to go to Orlando!

You did NOT want to get up this morning. I finally got you up at 8:20a! We quickly did your jobs and got dressed. I was surprised we got in the car on time… you really moved swiftly once you woke up! You wanted to snuggle at the gate so we did for a few minutes. I promised I would come meet your for lunch and that kept you happy on the way in. You waved and said “bye mom! I hope you have a great day!” I ran to the house for a meeting with the builder then ran to Publix to get me some lunch. You asked me to get you “my favorite chips” which is Lays. When I walked into the courtyard, you were standing with Ms. Wolleon in front of the cafeteria and you sprinted over to me and gave me a huge hug. I treasure these days where you want me to come to school… I know there will be a day when that won’t be the case so I will soak it up for now!
Chrissy & Olivia came over for dinner. You guys played and snuggled on the couch. After dinner we went to UTC to see the light show. We couldn’t stay long because Olivia needed to get to bed, but it’s so pretty I like to go frequently. Not too long after we got home you were snoozing too!

This morning you came to my room about 5 til 7a. You snuggled in bed with me and for a minute, I thought you were going to fall back to sleep. All of a sudden you sat straight up and said with disappointment “the tooth fairy didn’t bring me anything!!” I reminded you that you came straight to my room and maybe didn’t see what she left you. You were relieved and with your eyes barely open, we headed back to your room. The first thing you checked was the pillow and you found the glittery $5 which made you VERY happy! Then you found the glitter tooth confetti on your pillow, the letter and the coins under your pillow. You ran to my bathroom to proudly show Daddy what you had gotten! After that, you got dressed and worked on today’s Lego. We headed out to school a little early and you couldn’t wait to show Ms. Wolleon your missing tooth!
When I picked you up, you asked me to take you picture and show it to you! We danced and sang at home and decorated more cookies. We snuggled on the couch for a few minutes before Daddy came home. I went to dinner with Ms. Sandy and you & Daddy had more porchetta from last night. You went on a wagon ride and you packed half your toys in the wagon lol. You ended up falling asleep in the wagon. He brought you into your room and you were crying wanting me. You let out a huge yawn and then were snoring two minutes later!
