This morning you slept in until 9a which you really needed. We had 2 photo shoots today. The first was at 10:30a so we had to get moving and bring a little breakfast in the car. We stopped for lunch at Walt’s on the way to the teepee tent photos. We were supposed to meet Ms. Sandy to go see the Siesta Key sandcastles, but it started to rain and none of us felt like going. Daddy took us to a Starbucks and then we went home to watch a movie and snuggle in my bed.
You went to Chrissy’s house to play with Olivia while Daddy & I went to a surprise birthday party for Paul Hinkle. We picked you up at 9:45p, went right home and went to bed.
We were up early today and you wanted to snuggle on the couch. You did your jobs pretty quickly and you got to eat your eggs on the couch while watching a little TV because Daddy left early to take Harry to the vet so he couldn’t steal your breakfast! We got to school before the gates opened. You held my hand the entire walk from the car to the gate. I can’t help but be very aware that there is a finite amount of time you will be willing or wanting to do that so I try to savor it every time. We even got to play for a little bit in the yard before the gates opened. Micha walked up as the gates were opening and tried to get you to walk in with her. You got really clingy to me and sad about me leaving. Finally, Ms. Nichols walked by and offered to walk with you to your class and you gladly went with her.

We were all excited today to have Thanksgiving lunch at school with you. As soon as you were walking across the courtyard, I could hear you yelling “My Mom & Dad are hereeeeeee” so happily. You ran up and gave Daddy a huge hug. We had a great lunch (you snuck a Milky Way bar into the lunch bag when I was packing in this morning for you!) and Ms. Wolleon let us stay for a little bit of recess too. It was so wonderful to see you with your classmates. You were sad when we had to leave, but so happy we got to come!
I picked you up & we went to pick up Harry at the Vet. We stopped at Starbucks and you wanted a hot chocolate. You loved it so much you told me “I’m going to get this same hot chocolate every single time I come to Starbucks!” When we got home, I started cooking and you checked out a toy catalog circling almost every single item offered in an effort to add to your Christmas list lol. Grandma Weezie came over with birthday cake and ice cream to celebrate my birthday together. You were also VERY happy about that! After we ate, you snuggled on the couch with Harry and we watched a few Disney Frozen shorts before heading to bed. We read several Seuss books and you drifted off to sleep.
Harry woke us all up at 4am panting and whining. We had a tough time getting him comfortable and once I did, we had a tough time going back to sleep. You stretched out in the middle of my bed and said “I’m going to lay in the middle so everyone can touch me, scratch me and rub me. If you are quiet and still I will snuggle with you.” We finally did get back to sleep around 5:30a and then 7a came quickly!
You had to wear red, white & blue for Veteran’s Day so we got dressed and hit the road. You sang Happy Birthday to me in the car and my heart melted! You also colored 4 cards for me with your markers.
Today was your day for show & tell and to bring the snack. You wanted to bring your unicorn sword & shield from Legoland and a My Little Pony. Ms. Wolleon told me that when you presented to the class you told everyone “this is my fancy pony with fancy hair. I have to brush her hair and she goes to fancy dinner.” You also told Ms. Wolleon that today was my birthday and that you were going to Da Ru Ma. She raised her hand during your presentation to inquire whether the pony was going to dinner tonight lol.
After school, we headed home to get ready for dinner. I jumped in the shower and you wanted to watch TV on my bed. You ended up falling asleep while I was in the shower for an hour. We had to wake you up to go to dinner and you were pretty grumpy about it. It took about half way through dinner before you perked up at all! Then you passed out stickers to Baby Olivia, the chef, Marcela & Eric, and all over Jackie’s face!!!
You threw your clothes on the floor when we got home from dinner. I asked you to pick your panties up. You said “I’m the pantry dropper and Mom is the panty picker upper!” Jackie was dying. We headed to your room to read and go to bed. You would drift off to sleep but you woke up this morning scared about a bad dream you had last night (a tiny villain girl stomped on my heart and Daddy’s heart) and you were very upset and didn’t want to be alone. After an hour of reassuring you Daddy, Harry & I will protect you, we went to my room and you finally fell asleep around 10p. You made me feel so special on my birthday and I appreciate it so much!

I took Harry to the vet and came home you were in the bathroom doing your hair and brushing your teeth with grandma new.
Pick you up from school you had a great day we picked up Herald you reminded me because I forgot about them. Then we dropped him off and headed to pick up Jacqui at the office and went to the shore for dinner. He wolfed down calamari you told me before you went to the bathroom with Jacqui that if the lady comes tell her that Giovanna my kids that I love you
sat on curb after school and said mom sit down I want to talk to you. Asked if we could get ice cream. I said I was going to ask you if you wanted to go to popkraft tou exciredrkt said yes
wanted to invite someone over for dinner. Called Chrissy. Her and O were just getting off jnterstate so they came
I had to wake you up. Daddy left very early this morning to catch a flight to Rochester NY. When you got up, we had to get you dressed and out door quickly because we had to take Harry to the vet before school. Daddy left you a note, which you were excited to read. We got to the vet in good time, so we had time to stop at Five-O for a donut. You chose a fancy cherry cheesecake donut and then didn’t like it so you went back up and got a strawberry shortcake donut. We made it to school on time too! You marched right in through the gates. What a great way to start the day and the week!
When I picked you up, you ran up and jumped in my arms. We picked up groceries from Whole Foods and then picked up Harry. We went home to make tacos & Baby Olivia & Chrissy came over. Chrissy gave you your first real haircut (my heart was aching for sure) and trimmed the ends. You looked so much older when she was done even though she didn’t take that much off! Olivia wasn’t listening and you went up to her and said “you Mom said if you didn’t eat that you would have to leave. You made the choice not to eat it so now you have to leave. I will walk you out to your car so you can feel better.” Chrissy & I were both dying. I love you so much!!! They left and we played with your mermaids for a little bit. We also Facetimed with Daddy. Then we dropped of chili and broccoli soup to Grandma Weezie. You had fun playing with her dogs. When we got home, Grandma Noot helped you choose books and we read them in my bed. We got through the first one and the second one after 4 pages you said, “Mom, I’m going to close my eyes now.” You were out in 1 minute!!!
you slept in until around 815a which was pretty late given that the time change was last night. We got ready and hit the road to meet Becky & Bianca at Legoland. I was on the fence about going because tou have been sick but you were feeling better the weather was wonderful and it’s about to get really busy with the holidays so I wanted to take the opportunity while we have it. Plus you hadn’t seen bianca in a long time. We had fun you were definitely not 100% A little crabby. I had to carry you several times and you sometimes just looked droopy. It was a little busier than I thought it would be but not too bad. We had fun and stayed later than planned. It was about 530 when we left. I was planning to go straight home Le but by the time we were coming up to Parrish you said you were hungry. I asked if you wanted to wait until we got home and you said no. So we pulled off and ate at Ruby Tuesday. got home around 745 and chatted w daddy then climbed in bed with him. You and him were snoring by 815.
You s0tayed home from school today. I let you sleep in and you woke up around 9:15a. I had a quick closing at 10a so Grandma Noot stayed with you. You snuggled with her and watched Sandlot. You had a grilled cheese while also snuggling with Harry. You played with your mermaids and put on a few “performances” in between periods of rest. When I got home, we snuggled on the couch and watched a little more TV. It was raining and thunderstorming all day. All of a sudden, you ran & got dressed, put shoes on and told me you wanted to go bike riding. I told you I think it’s raining. You insisted it wasn’t. I came to the slider door and said look, it’s pouring! You said “oh, well it must have just started!” lol it’s rained alllll day but I said “ok well bummer!”
When Daddy got home from work, we made pizza, watched the Sandlot again, then you wanted dessert. You went to the freezer & announced “we have ice cream!” You decided to finish the little bit that was left. You got really hyper and over tired delirious. You were rough housing with Daddy and tickling each other. The movie was over around 9:15p so we headed to your room to go to bed. We snuggled, sang and you asked Grandma Noot and I to “massage, rub, scratch and fat donkey my neck, back & butt crack!” We sang some goodnight songs and Grandma Noot was watching and listening to you. Then you popped up and said “Grandma Noot, get some work in!” She could hardly stop laughing. You were asleep in just a few minutes after closing your eyes.
This morning, you woke up and seemed to feel better. So, you got dressed & went to school. You didn’t eat much breakfast, but you otherwise seemed happy. You walked right into the gates and were perky.
When I picked you up you were droopy and grumpy. I texted Ms. Wolleon to ask her how you were today because when we left, we drove to the Bay Preserve in Osprey for Christmas photos with Alisa Forbis. You fell asleep on ride there and napped for an hour. She said you were quieter than usual today. You perked up when you woke up after you snuggled with me in the drivers seat for a few minutes. You were super excited when Alisa arrived. I was relieved because the pictures ended up completely adorable and I was nervous on the way down there knowing you didn’t feel fantastic.
When we finished, I asked if you wanted to go home & have soup and snuggles. You said “no Mom, I want to go on a date, just me and you! Let’s go downtown please!” So against better judgment I said yes! You wanted to go to Evie’s to go bowling. Daddy was meeting Oliver his customer. They met us and sat with us for a while. You ate great then wanted to walk to Fat Donkey to get ice cream. You ate two bites and were done. We headed home and went straight to bed because it was 8:45p. You were out in 5 minutes! When I got up to look at your binder an unpack your lunch box, I found your school pictures! They came out so great!!!
