I picked you up and when we got home we rode your scooter and bike around the block a few laps on each

I woke up at 3am and couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up and worked for a bit in the living room. Around 5:30a you woke up and asked Daddy “what time is Mama coming back?” You must have seen the light from my computer and came into the living room, sat on me and asked “Mama, please come back and snuggle with me!” Of course I did! I laid down with you for a little bit then I had to pee. When I came back to bed, you were laying like a starfish & there was no room for me lol, so I went back to the couch. I had to try a few times to wake you up at 8am. When you finally got up, you did get up you got dressed quickly, you asked for pig tails & we hit the road to school.
I picked you up and we headed to gymnastics. In the car, you showed me your work from school. We arrived at gymnastics about 20 minutes early so we made a surprise visit to Daddy at his office. He was out in the shop and opened the door to see you running to him with open arms shouting “DADDDY!!!!” You gave him a huge hug and he showed you around for a bit.
We had to scoot to get to the gym. This was your first class back since Coach Nickie left and you did AMAZING. You stayed engaged with the class, did everything they asked, didn’t wander off or get frustrated. I was starting to question if you were losing interest for a while. I’m not sure if the break did some good or you like Trey the new teacher, but it was an awesome class! Daddy came to see you and when you realized he was there you were so happy and waved at him several times.
After class, we ran to Anna Maria Oyster Bar for dinner. You were excited to bring your Zenimal in and listened to the meditation while you waited for your order. By the way, you ordered both mac & cheese and a quesadilla and you ate almost all of it!!! You chatted with the server and were an absolute delight. A mom walked by carrying a baby and you stopped them, asked his name and said how cute he was! Ms. Sandy called while we were waiting for our food to come and I couldn’t get over how cute you were talking to her on the phone asking her “so, how was your day?”
We stopped by the lot on the way home. They are finishing the back fill. I can’t believe how much progress they have made in the last few weeks! I can’t wait to be there with you! When we pulled in our neighborhood, Ms. Mo was out walking with the gang. Daddy pulled over and you chatted with her. You ended up taking her for a drive around the block!!! When you got home, you had a banana, played school with Daddy and then we headed to bed. I thought for sure you would be out in no time but it was after 10p before you finally fell asleep!!! Crazy girl!!!!

You slept until 8a then when you woke up, you watched some cartoons snuggled up with Daddy. We got ready and met Marcela and Eric at the lot to go over some things that needed to be finalized. You love exploring the lot and measured everything you could think of.
You were absolutely filthy when we left and even had dirt in your hair so we ran home, you took a shower & we met Grandma Weezie & her granddaughter Emily at Marina Jack for lunch. You ate great and behaved very well at lunch. You chatted Emily’s ear off and did your Puzzle Buzz. I’m so proud of you! We stopped by my office on the way home so Daddy could fix something for me. You were teacher and used the white board to have me draw parrots and other animals and write their names. I thought you might snooze on the way home because you didn’t get much sleep, but you didn’t. Daddy stopped to get the mail and you hung out the back window on the way back to the house.
When we got home, you were helping Daddy unload the car with your toys, baby stroller and snacks. You saw Jack Daniels outside working in his yard. You were “yelling” at him because he had no shirt on. You said “Jack Daniels, why do you have your boobs out?” lol. How hilarious! You came in and played, then you wanted to watch Moana. You looked a little droopy but didn’t sleep. Then we went through some things in your toy room to see what you wanted to send to storage or get rid of. You were really great about deciding so we could make room for your new toys from your birthday.
Fed was performing in Moana again so we went & took Daddy this time. You sat again so still and were so attentive to the show. The second Fed appeared on the stage, you pointed and said “there’s Fed!” Tonight’s show was amazing as well. We gave Fed hugs and you thanked the musical director and told her the show was great!
When we got home, you played with Daddy pretending you were a tiger cub on Secrets of the Zoo and he had to be the Vet. You had a “broken” leg & he had to make a cast out of rolled art paper!! lol I finally got you to come to your room. You asked to do Kids Lingos and I told you it’s 9p, it’s too late. You went to bed late last night, got up early this morning and didn’t nap. We put on your meditation and you were snoring in 7 minutes!!!!

Today was Sandy’s last day so you skipped school and she took you to the Florida Aquarium.
Fed played Tamatoa in Moana. Bianca & Becky came with us to the show. Bianca left around 10:15p. You were all wired so I didn’t get you to sleep until 11p.
I woke you up at 8a after going to bed at 9p last night. You needed the rest so I let you sleep. When you did wake up, we had to move quickly so we weren’t late to school. On the way you told me your name is no longer Giovanna, but now is slow poke lol.
Ms. Sandy picked you up early again today and took you for lunch at Cha Cha Coconuts. After lunch you went to Lido beach and spent the entire afternoon. Lots of swimming, floating, jumping over and diving under waves and showing off a little to everyone you had so much fun. You found seashells and brought them home to add to your collection.
Ms. Sandy brought you to my office after the beach. We ran to school real quick so we could sign the class card to Ms. Ida because today was the last class. The kids saw you as they were finishing class and were all excited. Ms. Ida was surprised to see you too. She brought you back and took a group picture and gave all the kids a goodie bag. You gave her a huge hug and told her “thank you for teaching me Spanish!”
We took Amanda home from my office. You asked her to sit in the back with you. She commented that you were in your swimsuit. You told her “I got to skip lunch and nap and go to the beach with Ms. Sandy. My nanny is retiring on Friday so we get to do much great things.”
You had been asking for cheese pizza since Ms. Sandy dropped you off to me. We called Daddy to meet for pizza, but as soon as we dropped Amanda off, you fell asleep in the car on our way home at 6p. When we got home, I was going to just let you sleep in the car for a few minutes. You sneezed and woke up and asked if we are at pizza? I said, well I came home and asked Daddy to bring pizza home because you fell asleep and I was going to just let you sleep. You said “I didn’t fall asleep. That was me just resting my eyes!” As we were unloading the car, Laurent came over with Captain. You ran with him and he stayed right by your side. You love him and he adores you.
I tried to get you to take a quick bath before Daddy got home, but he pulled in after you got undressed but before you jumped in the tub. We ate and then you took a bath. We headed to your room at 8p because I knew you would fall asleep early. As a reward for coming so quickly, we did about 6 kids Lingos. We turned off the phone and you said “Mama, it’s snuggle time!” We snuggled, listened to meditation and you were out in about 10 minutes! Another long fun day in the books!
