12/7/22

They poured our driveway today so I took you after school to put footprints in it. After we went to Apple Store to restore my old phone. You were so excited and kept calling it the best day ever. You can’t wait to be able to FaceTime Daddy from your own phone. You were a riot in the store. You checked us in and described our problem to the clerk. Three different workers asked if you wanted a job 😂.

when we finished we grabbed a bite to eat at Cheesecake Factory then watched the light show at UTC. We headed home and you couldn’t wait to tell Daddy all about your day!

12/5/22

After school, I told you I have a surprise for you. You said “Dunkin’ Donuts?” I said no and wouldn’t tell you. We were driving down 41 and when i turned on University you figured out we were Picking up Daddy from the airport. You were so excited and you started shouting “Daddy! Daddy! DAAAAADDDDDDDYYY!” Out the window 😂

12/4/22 – Beachfront Berry Fight!

You slept in a little bit because it was so late when we got home last night. You were up until 11:30p. You came out of my room on a mission to find Little Red and you were cracking up when you found him growing a candy cane garden. We took the dogs out and saw Jimmey & his family so you went up to play with Jimmey. We headed to the pool, but the heater wasn’t working so you guys didn’t swim. You played around the pool, in the sand and had some snacks until Louie had to go up and nap. You wanted to go up to our unit so we did and took showers. Later in the afternoon, Kelly asked us to meet them downstairs to do sidewalk chalk. You made quite an intricate set of ocean animals. I made a Christmas tree which you thought was a genius idea so you made one too. We headed down to the beach for sunset where you, Jimmey and Burt started throwing mangrove berries at each other. You thought it was hilarous, until it wasn’t, and it ended in tears lol. We headed upstairs to have dinner together then you had to take another shower to get all the berries off of you! We headed to bed around 8p. You listened great and by the time I got back from flipping over the laundry, you had brushed teeth, peed and climbed in bed. I couldn’t get you to put your game down though and you ended up getting mad and going to your room where you fell asleep immediately.

12/3/22 – Horse & Carriage

We had a lazy day around the condo in the morning. Little Red was hiding in the freezer eating a push pop. You were worried he didn’t come because your listening ears were having trouble last night before bed. I went to fill our water bottles and get some ice and he startled me, which you thought was hilarious!

We went upstairs to Jimmey’s unit to play games and do some crafts. You guys put Christmas clings on the sliders, made Christmas ornaments and colored. We left to go have lunch on our balcony, Facetime Daddy and walk the dogs. We got ready to go see the rest of the kitchen island installed at the new house before we met Ms. Sandy at Dim Sum King for dinner. I had a Christmas party to go to for work with Marina. She kept you and you guys went to UTC to see the Christmas lights and ride the horse & carriage. You couldn’t wait to get home to play with Malibu. You had a PB&J for a snack (you JUST ate dinner and polished off a bag of kettle corn on the horse & carriage) and watched some Christmas shows snuggling with Ms. Sandy. I picked you up at her house and I could hardly get you in the car because you didn’t want to leave him! I finally got you back in the car & we headed home. You were getting sleepy in the car but then when we got home you were starving & NOT tired at all. I was exhausted & fell asleep with you – or before you lol. I had to get up at 1:30a to move your elf and you were snuggling with Hank.

12/2/22- Kitchen Island!

This morning you were cracking up that Little Red left all his candy wrappers on the TV stand. After school we stopped by the house because they were bringing the kitchen island. You were speaking Spanish to all the guys and I couldn’t get you out of there you were so excited to watch it go in. It was getting late almost 7p and although you were hungry you didn’t want to leave! I wanted to stay too, but it was getting late and the dogs were patiently sitting in the car. We grabbed our order from Whole Foods, got you a couple of slices of pizza and headed home to the condo. We are both getting so excited about the house and the island was amazing to see it going in!

12/1/22 – Little Red Returned!

When you woke up this morning, you were very aware that it was Dec 1, but you were surprised & quite pleased to see Little Red was back! Last night before bed, you asked me if we could paint your nails tomorrow before school. I told you that your nail polish is at Grandma Noot’s house & you said “oh ok. We can paint my nails after school then.” Fortunately, Little Red brought you “paint polish” (as you have always called it) so we were able to paint your nails on the balcony before school. You were soooo excited! You asked me to change to wear the matching school shirt that you chose to wear, so of course I did! You marched confidently in to school & you were excited to show Ms. Wolleon your nails.

After school, we went home & you opened your Lego Advent calendar. We put todays together (admittedly I had to find a blog to show a better photo to know what to do lol!), had dinner then ran to Publix to get fruit for your lunch tomorrow. Your elf in the classroom came too and you guys got to decorate the class Christmas tree.

11/30/22 – Let It Snow!

This morning, Daddy woke you up whispering in your ear & you got up and hugged him so hard! We had to hurry and get out the door so we could head to see Dr. Mac – but we hurried so much we forgot Grinchy at home. You were hoping to have his teeth looked at too. You are always excited to see him and remain cavity free. He said you have 2 more loose teeth! When I dropped you at school, you asked me to come to lunch, so I did! You were chasing a lizard and enlisted my aide to help you!! His tail came off and I was out! Lol!

When we got home, you helped me do laundry. When Daddy got home, you were moving clothes from the washer to the dryer. He heard us in the laundry room and came there first. When you looked up and saw him you were so excited and shouted “Daddddddddy!!!!” He was so proud of you for doing the laundry. We had dinner, you opened your Thanksgiving card from Grandma Weezie and then you put on a performance of Let It Snow! We headed to bed and I fell asleep with you, until I had to get up and get your Elf out to arrive this morning! I’m looking so forward to this Christmas season with you. We are supposed to be moving in 10 days and although it will be hectic, I’m excited to have Christmas in our new home!
